04-2010 Axxion Polska now ISO 9001:2008 certified
Just 3 months after the certification of Axxion Industries Zwolle our Polish production site has been certified according to the latest ISO 9001:2008 standard. Both our production locations are now fully certified and with pride we can announce that all our primary processes in making paper honeycomb are now in control, according to an international standard.
ISO9001 version 2008 demands a continues improvement of the product and the production organization. Axxion has enclosed all in a clear quality manual which is centralized in our office Axxion Zwolle. Most of the procedures in our Polish site are equal to the main production location in Zwolle.
"Main focus during the audit process in Poland was on the production process, logistics, quality control and maintence. The calibration of measurement tools and internal audits were implemented just before certification." explains Herbert te Riet, quality manager Axxion Industries.
